NOTES: It will be interesting to see the opening odds in DET and CLE. I listed them in preparation of the the DOG as the favorite but we will see in the morning. My model likes LAA over HOU as an away fav. The variance is 34 basis points and plenty worthy of more research.
NYY travel to CLE which could help them in a some ways. NYY is not hitting but CLE doesn’t normally score much so expect low scoring outcomes in this series. NYY Cole and CLE Bieber are lined to face off on Saturday!
There is the LAD / SDP rematch in Los Angeles. SDP struggled with MIL coming into this series. The opening game they will start an opener again with Weathers. However, LAD has seen him which will help their batters.
I am very interested to see if LAA can win the series with HOU. My preview magazine had LAA winning the West so these are those games where they need to be productive. They are catching HOU where HOU has lost 3 straight games and are 1-9 in their last 10 games. They are 1-5 at home.
