They are now aligned by starting pitcher or relief pitcher, then by name. They are starting to get more than one appearance matter. Appearances matter. Sometimes, like with Mitch Keller, we can validate velocity changes. He now has had two outings where his velocity has been 3 or 4 mph improved over last season. Pitchers like Aaron Nola and Eduardo Rodriguez appear to be solidly in the zone of last year. Remember; Danger Zone is qualified as velocity between 85-89 mph. In this velocity segment, pitchers get hit. They usually get hit often and hit hard which is why I deemed it the Danger Zone. Again, the green highlights are larger gains in velocity and red highlights are larger losses in velocity.
